The release of the iMac Pro coming in at a rather jaw dropping $4,999, the next iMac Pro is all set to be the “most powerful Mac ever,” there has, unsurprisingly been a huge amount of speculation about the next iMac Pro that is all set to be released shortly. Apple have yet to confirm the date, although it is suggested that it could be released as soon as December – just in time for Christmas. However, with a slew of rumours having been released over the weekend, we at Mac Rental Company are able to whet your appetite with some of the most exciting features to be expected.
The release of the iMac Pro was announced at WWDC and is meant to appease those professional users – like the graphic and web designers we work with across London and the United Kingdom – who were unhappy with Apple for not upgrading its system. Boasting a 27 inch 5K retina display with a resolution of 5120*2880, the fantastic screen has support for a wide range of colours as well as 500 nits of brightness. It will also have options including 18-core 4.5 GHz processor, 11 teraflops of GPU horsepower and a 5K display.
One of these includes that The release of the iMac Pro will have “Hey, Siri” functionality, this is thanks to the use of the desktop’s A10 Fusion chips, which is the same processor found in the iPhone 7 and the first time one has been found in a MacBook. The advantage of using the A10 co-processor allows the system to handle simple tasks like checking your email or listening for voice commands without using the primary Xero processors. The processor has been programmed to work even when the device is shut down.
In other Apple related news, whilst the iPhone 11 has literally only just been released and as the world continues to debate the relative pros and cons of this device, there is already speculation abounding about the iPhone 11. Presumably set to be released in 2018, the critics suggest it will include significantly faster baseband chips, which will include 4 * 4 MIMO technology compared to the current 2 * 2 MIMO chips currently used in Apple smartphones. It is believed Apple will release three new iPhones in 2018 including 5.8 inch and 6.5 inch models with OLED displays and a cheaper 6.1in handset with an LCD display. It is further believed that all three models will come equipped with a full screen notched design and TrueDepth camera system as well as boasting the brand new Face ID system.
