You know the most famous Apple fanboys of all time?? Now, we love our Apple products. We truly think they are just absolutely exceptional, and they have not only changed our lives, but those of the people around us. We work with freelancers who would be lost without the MacBook Air that allows to travel around the country without breaking the bank. And then there are the designers who without the iMac would be utterly lost – its stunning definition and clarity allowing them to create the most beautiful graphics that could bring a grown man to tears. But, apart from us every day, ordinary boys and girls how do celebrities feel about Apple products? With more money than they know what do with – is Apple still the favourite of celebs. We did some serious stalking to find out who is majorly crushing on all things Apple.
Bill Clinton
He is one of the most famous Apple fanboys of all time. Whilst environmental enthusiast presidential candidate Al Gore is on the board of Apple, he is not the only Washington heavy weight to be enamoured with all things Apple. Good ‘ol Bill has been an iPhone user from the very start. Actually, Clinton was a good friend of Steven Jobs and made a personal trip to visit him in 2011 when Jobs as on medical leave. According to legend, Jobs once asked Clinton to personally request Tom Hanks to record the narration for an Apple advert. Sadly, Clinton declined.
Stephen Fry
He is also one of the most famous Apple fanboys of all time. A notoriously hard core Apple enthusiast, not only does Fry share a first name with Steve Jobs, but he even dedicated whole chapters of his autobiography to describing the impact the Macintosh had on his life. He was even in Cupertino for the world reveal of the iPhone 6, 6 Plus and Apple Watch last month. As if we needed more of a reason to love Stephen Fry…
John Mayer
This love affair goes both ways because not only is John Mayer an avid fan of Apple, but Steve Jobs was a huge fan of Mayer’s work. He even made it on to Job’s playlist – one of the very few contemporary artists to achieve that high accolade. Sadly this didn’t actually end so well when Mayer agreed to take on a BlackBerry sponsor, but for a time there it was pretty magical.
Jerry Seinfeld
A name we at the Mac Rental Company have not heard in a while, but one that still resonates to this day Seinfeld was a fan of Apple products before hipsters made it cool. The show featured (big breath here) a 1987 Macintosh SE, a 1992 PowerBook Duo, a 1994 Macintosh and finally the 20th century Mac. Seinfeld, as always, we salute you.
The Beckhams
Pictures of the entire Beckham clan have been seen all over the web. Not only do Victoria and David both boast the latest iPhones, but the Beckham kids prove, once again, the luckiest in the world with a range of Apple gadgets including iPhone 7s, iPad Pros and MacBook Pros.
