The latest Apple updates for the Apple Mac hire UK user. A few weeks back we discussed the, then, forthcoming Apple Conference that had taken social media by storm. Now whilst the election of Donald Trump as president may possibly just about have trumped (see what we did there) the latest Apple announcement, the end of October nevertheless gave a keen audience a far deeper insight into the future of the Apple products.
A main focus of the conference was Apple TV, with Apple claiming it aims to unify television viewing on its streaming TV device with a new app simply called “TV.” Apple TV is a relatively new initiative, and one that has yet to gain any serious traction. However, Apple seem keen to drive it forward and are increasing functionality to make it easier for viewers to find shows to watch meaning they don’t have to check individual apps. Rather Apple TV will work as a content aggregator, bringing together favoured content onto Apple’s quality interface. According to Apple, Apple TV already has 8,000 apps including more than 2,000 games with the ever popular “minecraft” coming soon. The latest Apple updates for the Apple Mac hire UK user.
However, for most spectators their main focus was the rumours over the changes to the latest MacBook Pros. The two new MacBooks that have been released are the 13 inch and 15 inch MacBook Pro which will have 10 hours of battery life and a Touch ID button that works with Apple pay. They will come in silver and space grey and prices will start at £1,499 with Apple now taking pre-orders.
The most exciting new feature is the new touch-sensitive panel on the MacBook Pro, which will offer a similar functionality to the iPhone. It offers suggestions as you type and also has a range of emojis for you to choose from, so you no longer have to think of a more imaginative response to any event than the pizza emoji (which works every time.) Not only that, but this multiuse touch bar will also offer playback controls and when editing photos you can also use it to lighten or rotate your images. In fact, the touch bar has a range of innovative and exciting uses depending on the app or website you are using. The new MacBook Pro will also come with a fingerprint sensor which can be used to unlock the device as well as dedicated key for the Siri voice assistant.
To help make the MacBook even slimmer the company will replace some computer ports with a new USB-C outlet, which should be far quicker than older USB jacks. Not only that, but they are also smaller and have a more uniform shape, meaning they can be inserted with either side facing up. This decision to remove the USB drive actually sees them a little behind the times with other tech companies including Google, HTC, OnePLus and other android handset having already adopted the technology.
