Earlier this week we did a blog on what it’s really like to be an Apple employee and we found that lots of you were tremendously interested in this blog so we thought we would continue with this theme and let you know some of the perks of being an Apple employee. Now, working with Apple products day in and day out we are incredibly excited to work with iPads, MacBooks and iMacs. However, based in our offices in London we perhaps don’t get the glamour of real like Apple employees, so here are just some of the many benefits of being an Apple employee.

1. Discounts

Obviously, this is by far the most exciting and the one which we at, Mac Rental Company, are probably the most envious of. Because whilst there is little doubt that Apple products are the best, they are by no means the cheapest. With the iPhone X setting you back a cool grand whilst the latest MacBook Pro is in an even higher price bracket. However, the lucky devils at Apple get a discount on all Apple products. Not too shabby. At all.

With a rigorous interview and training programme all of our team are passionate about all things Apple and highly skilled in the area. And it would seem that Apple took a leaf out of our book because they, also, make sure all their staff are fully trained and represent the very best in the technology and science. Meaning you really do get to work with some phenomenal minds.

1. Community

Again, it really does seem as if Apple have stolen our employee handbook as just like at Mac Rental Company, Apple are keen to create a community. Making a family where everyone can feel comfortable and offering a place where they can feel truly welcome.

1. Beer Bashes

Once every few weeks Apple hosts a beer bash where its employees benefit from free beer and some fancy appetizers, sometimes they even get musical acts – like the time they had One Republic perform to celebrate the MacBook’s 30th Anniversary. Us, at Mac Rental Company – we listen to Heart on the radio and drink lots of coffee – which is basically the same thing, right?

1. Maternity and Paternity leave

A not uncontroversial subject at the moment Apple allows all its mothers four weeks of paid leave before and fourteen weeks of leave after birth whilst non birth parents get six weeks of paid time off.
