Although the feature is only available in the United States at present, a French user has set up a screen that implies it could be hitting the European market soon.

In a report by a French Tech blog iPhon.fr, an Apple user found pop-up messages on his iPhone XS Max and Apple Watch Series 4 which encouraged him to set up the Apple Pay Cash service using a credit card issued by a French bank. The same option has been spotted in Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, and the UK also.

Apple Pay Cash works just like a virtual card that has been kept in your wallet app on iPhone; whenever you receive money for the first time, the money is sent there; the fund can, later on, be used for purchase in shops, supported web payment or transferred to your bank account.

The Apple Pay Cash feature isn’t only the feature that Apple is looking at intruding into Europe. The EGC function of the Apple Watch Series 4 is yet to be certified in the United Kingdom, and the MHRA says that it could take years.

At present, Apple Pay Cash support pages have been localized in the German language; these pages has already gone live on Apple’s servers since the 30th of September.

Although, there is no date stated for the introduction of this new feature into the European market, there are clear signs that Apple is working on rolling out the feature soon.
