This is a really fantastic app that a number of our clients find enormously useful. Allowing you to easily and seamlessly connect with all of your employees, it means you can upload, comment on and track documents as well as sorting them all into “stacks” – making managing so much easier.

ExpenseBot

Does what it says on the tin really – ExpeseBot keeps track of receipts and mileage logs. All you have to do is take a phone and clever ol’ ExpeseBot will automatically add in the date, amount and a name. You can even add in travel logs…win/win.

Nuzzel

This is a wonderful way of keeping on top of industry news. By integrating your Facebook and Twitter feeds it delivers information that it thinks you will find interesting. This can be immensely helpful to a start-up, not only to make sure you know your stuff, but also as a way of finding relevant content to share across your social media channels.

Product Hunt

This is actually a favourite of the entire team at Mac Rental Company. Being technologically inclined, we rather love Product Hunt, which offers an easy way of accessing all the latest technology all in one simple interface. It really is a must-have for any start-up owner, especially those in the tech space where competition is oh-so-fierce.

Tiny Scanner

Possibly not the most glamorous of apps, this one is still tremendously important. It allows you to convert word documents to PDFs – which is brilliant if you are on the go and need to get a document over to your lawyer/accountant/associate, and in this day and age who even has a fax machine?
