Best Apple Apps for better organisation are very important. Recently, we have had lots of requests from virtual assistants – either on behalf of their own, or their client’s businesses for iPhones, iPad Pros and even MacBook’s. By no means an easy job, virtual assistants must not only juggle the demands of their own business, but also those of their clients. Demanding a meticulous attention to detail and a rigorous process – we are in constant admiration of these hard working professionals who support small business owners as they grow their business. So we spoke to our clients to find out the best apps for Apple products to help you be the most productive and as organised as humanely possible. So for your erudition….
If (If This Then That)
Not only is this App rather lovingly designed with some rather slick infographics and colourful icons – it also, rather handily, connects almost all your other Apps in one place. This allows you to receive notifications when your favourite topics are being spoken about (some solid dinner party fodder,) sync all your files across cloud platforms, catalogue emails as well as track your gym visits as well as so much more. A spectacularly handy App we really do recommend for all those busy professionals struggling to create some order in their over packed lives. Perfect for the iPhone 6s – it is a fantastic addition to your App family.
Another App that niftily puts all the information you may need in one place, it can work as an alternative to those who may not be able to afford a personal assistant quite yet. With the option of syncing your calendar, to-do lists, personal accounts and notes, you can ensure you know precisely what you need to do, every day just by glancing at this user-friendly interface. Not only that, but you can even pay your bills, get event notifications and even birthday reminders. A wonderful tool that works just as well on the iPhone right the way through to the MacBook Pro – we recommend this to anyone who feels they are drowning in commitments and responsibilities.
When the team at Mac Rental Company found out about this – we were somewhat geekily excited. This fantastic App allows you to properly manage your personal expenses – monitoring what you’re spending, when and where – all collated on some rather attractive looking graphs, that should make monitoring your spending less of a chore. You can choose the free version or the premium option for £1.49 which allows you to create and manage multiple wallets.
We really do believe this is a must have, and this is coming from the guys who deal in Apple products each and every day. Now, we couldn’t live without an iPhone or even our iPad, but that being said we quite possibly do spend too much time on these devices. RescueTime allows you to monitor precisely how much time you’re spending watching babies sneeze or cats fall over on YouTube and can even block those sites you’re spending too much time on.
Ok this one is a little more fun…because sometimes it’s important to have a little whimsy in our lives. With a fantastic range of Podcasts – Pocketcast allows you to download, subscribe, delete and spend your time learning and exploring through the world. Maybe this next time year Mac Rental Company will have their very own podcast.
